Michelle is a graduate from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She worked with Home, Health and Hospice Care for 20 years as an Office Administrator in Smithfield, NC negotiating contracts with insurance companies such as BCBSNC. Prior to opening Fox Rental Management in 2010, Michelle was a broker with two local Real Estate companies.

Steve is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. He has 30 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist as well as 10 years in pharmaceutical sales before transitioning to Fox Rental Management full-time as co-owner alongside wife Michelle.

Lacelle has been working with us at Fox Rentals since 2010 and has been such a huge help. She helps by answering inquiries about properties, schedules showings and taking rent payments. Her warm voice is the welcoming voice you first hear when you call our office number.

Olivia is a licensed real estate broker who is in charge of the leasing portion of the rental process. She coordinates with owners and tenants about move-ins, move-outs, pet approvals, or any type of questions regarding the leasing process. She also puts together the leases and lease renewals. She has been with Fox Rental Management since 2015.

Prior to Beverly's retirement she was CEO & President of Home Health & Hospice Care (HHC) a multi-county not for profit home health and hospice company. Now she works part-time at Fox Rental to help us as a receptionist. In her spare time she enjoys sewing and machine embroidery.
Lindsay Brinkerhoff

Lindsay leads our maintenance efforts and assists with the inspections on our rental properties. She has been married to her loving husband Shayne who she has known pretty much her entire life. She has a beautiful 23 year old daughter named Brittany and 3 dogs.
Forrest Wilson
Marketing Assistant
Forrest earned his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Acting degree from The University of North Carolina Greensboro. He has over 20 years of theatrical experience and is excited to be apart of the Fox Rentals team. Forrest handles social media postings and marketing media for our properties. He enjoys showing tenants our available homes and answering any questions they may have about them.
